Upon checkout, we provide shipping information from third party services. When you provide your shipping address, carrier companies will calculate the shipping cost based on your address and the type of shipping selected. Once you place your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email you provide. It will include your order number, your billing and shipping address, and all the details of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be activated.

While we strive to process most orders within 24 hours, orders can take 1 to 3 business days to process prior to shipment.  Holidays may also affect order processing time.

Expedited orders placed prior to 11:00am (Monday through Saturday) will ship the same day. Expedited orders placed after 11:00am will ship the following day. Expedited orders placed on Sunday will ship the following day (Monday).  In the event that Monday is a holiday, expedited orders placed on Sunday will ship the following Tuesday.

Methods and transit times are provided at the time of checkout by third party services (shipping companies), and it is up to you to select the shipping service you desire. 

Delivery dates are based on current shipping times provided by third party services at the time the order is placed.

Enkanta Jewelry offers shipping from third party services (i.e., UPS, FedEx, US Postal Service).  Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and shipping method chosen by the customer.  Enkanta Jewelry is not responsible for shipping delays once the package is in transit with the carrier.  Enkanta Jewelry cannot guarantee delivery timing.
